Terms of Use

1. The service

Match is a chat-first portal where prospective founders sign in, share information about themselves, and receive an AI-assisted evaluation as a potential BUDETO STUDIO founder. Evaluations combine automated analysis with human review and are informational only — they are not an offer, a promise of investment, or a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current information about yourself and to keep it up to date.

3. Your account

You sign in with LinkedIn or a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and LinkedIn secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or unlawful content;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the service;
• access data or systems you are not authorised to access; or
• use the service to harass others or to build a competing product through scraping or automated extraction.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant BUDETO a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and analyse that information to operate the service, evaluate your fit as a founder, and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI evaluations

Match uses third-party AI models to power chat and to generate evaluations. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. We may review, override, or supplement any evaluation. Nothing produced by Match constitutes professional, legal, financial, or investment advice.

7. Availability

Match is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BUDETO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Match. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law.

9. Termination

You may stop using Match at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
