Y Combinator
The San Francisco accelerator that funds companies in batches. This gets your application written.
What we work on together
Y Combinator funds new companies in batches, works with them for three months in San Francisco and ends with a demo day. Far more companies apply than get in: partners read around a hundred applications a day, a few minutes each, and only a few percent of applicants are funded. The answers that get through say plainly what the company makes, prove what the founders have built before with facts a reader can check, and report progress as small exact numbers with a growth rate.
So the application is the work, not paperwork at the end of it. Every question on YC's form is here, in YC's order. Save as many answers to a question as you like, select the ones you would send, and copy them into YC's form when they are ready. The program runs until YC's application deadline.
