Finding product-market fit
A weekly loop for finding customers who pull the product out of your hands: one pull hypothesis, five calls, a review, the next version.
What we work on together
Most founders who fail to sell have a real problem and a good product. What they lack is a customer who has to solve that problem now and finds every alternative falling short. This program is built to find that person, before you spend months building for someone who will say "interesting" and never buy.
It follows Rob Snyder's PULL framework, checked against the studio's own notes on product-market fit. You write a hypothesis about one person, test it on two slides, hold five calls, and review what happened. Then you keep it or write the next version. Three gates show how far you are: pull found, repeatable, and retention. Progress is measured by what customers actually do, never by how a call felt.
